📋 Description
- • As a CDD Team Leader in the Fiduciary Sectors at Allica Bank, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the highest standards in customer due diligence (KYC/KYB) processes, with a specialized focus on trusts and complex ownership structures, directly supporting the bank’s mission to serve underserved SMEs.
- • Day to day, you will manage workloads to meet SLA and quality expectations, provide technical oversight on complex fiduciary/trust cases, oversee team performance and development, engage with stakeholders including Business Relationship Managers and Underwriting, maintain auditable records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support recruitment and induction of new team members.
- • You will be part of Allica Bank’s Operations function, a fast-growing UK fintech dedicated to serving established SMEs through commercial mortgages, asset finance, deposits, and payment accounts, where your work directly impacts customer experience and regulatory integrity in high-risk, complex client segments.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fiduciary sectors and KYB/KYC processes, develop leadership and people management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across underwriting and relationship management, and contribute to process improvements and change initiatives in a dynamic, values-driven financial technology environment.

- • Strong customer service ethic with experience delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment
- • Proven people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
- • Strong technical knowledge of KYC/KYB within fiduciary sectors, particularly trusts and complex legal structures
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally from a Commercial Mortgage or similar lending background
- • Good understanding of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management
- • Strong financial and commercial awareness
