📋 Description

• • The CDI Specialist, Outpatient role at CorroHealth, Inc. is critical to ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant provider documentation in ambulatory settings, directly supporting risk adjustment accuracy, quality reporting, and financial health outcomes for clients.
• • Day to day, the specialist reviews outpatient encounters (pre-visit, concurrent, and/or post-visit) to assess documentation accuracy, identifies gaps in chronic condition capture and risk adjustment (e.g., HCCs), provides compliant queries and feedback to providers, supports problem list management, collaborates with coding and quality teams, tracks CDI interventions, and participates in provider education initiatives.
