• • As the Central PMO, you will be instrumental in establishing and refining project management methodologies, standards, and processes across Binance's diverse and rapidly evolving global operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of project excellence, and driving operational efficiency within our dynamic blockchain ecosystem.
• • You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive project management framework, including best practices for project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This involves creating standardized templates, guidelines, and tools to support project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and promoting effective project governance. You will act as a central point of contact for all PMO-related inquiries and initiatives.
• • You will oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with Binance's strategic objectives and priorities. This includes facilitating portfolio reviews, identifying interdependencies, managing resource allocation across projects, and proactively addressing any risks or issues that could impact the overall portfolio performance.
• • You will be tasked with developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project and portfolio health, progress, and success. This involves establishing reporting mechanisms to provide timely and accurate insights to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• • You will champion continuous improvement within the PMO and project management practices. This includes conducting post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned, and implementing enhancements to processes and methodologies to optimize future project outcomes.
• • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with various departments, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to understand their project needs, provide PMO support, and ensure seamless integration of project management practices into their workflows.
• • You will be responsible for managing the PMO's budget, resources, and operational activities, ensuring the PMO functions effectively and efficiently to support the organization's project delivery needs.
• • You will play a crucial role in risk management, developing and implementing strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks across the portfolio. This includes establishing clear escalation paths and contingency plans.
• • You will contribute to the development and execution of change management initiatives related to the adoption of new project management tools, processes, and methodologies, ensuring smooth transitions and high user adoption rates.
• • You will stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and portfolio management, particularly within the technology and blockchain sectors, and recommend relevant adaptations for Binance.
• • This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. You will be a key enabler of Binance's ambitious growth and innovation agenda by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• • You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and closure documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.

• • You will contribute to the development and implementation of project management training programs for employees, enhancing project management capabilities across the organization.
