  • • Lead the Next Chapter of a Market-Leading Business: As CEO of a flagship vertical market software business within Aspire Software’s portfolio, you will take full P&L ownership of an established, high-scale company with a loyal customer base and strong market position, driving its next phase of growth, innovation, and value creation.
  • • What the Person Will Do Day to Day: Define and execute growth strategy by expanding repeatable revenue streams, shaping product vision and roadmap with AI-driven enhancements, deepening customer value through improved retention and satisfaction, leading and evolving the leadership team and organizational culture, owning financial performance (revenue, EBITDA, cash flow), and evaluating strategic opportunities including M&A and partnerships.
  • • About the Team or Company: Aspire Software acquires and builds mission-critical software businesses for the long term; this business is a cornerstone asset with meaningful scale, reputation, and a proven track record within its vertical, backed by Aspire’s long-term investment model, operational expertise, global network, and access to proven operating playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager with full P&L ownership
  • • Track record of scaling and growing established software or technology businesses
  • • Strong commercial instinct across sales, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
  • • Ability to lead across product, operations, and finance
  • • Hands-on, ownership-driven leadership style
  • • Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, performance-driven environment
