• • As the CEO-in-Residence at Up Labs Inc., you will lead the creation and scaling of a vertical AI startup focused on transforming how industrial manufacturers capture, transfer, and scale expert workforce knowledge across operations. This role is pivotal in launching a venture backed by a leading heavy machinery and industrial manufacturing partner, offering structural advantages rare in early-stage startups.
• • You will own and drive strategy, operations, and execution—including P&L, go-to-market, and beyond—while recruiting and leading a top-tier team across engineering, product, and sales. Your day-to-day involves translating complex supply chain and logistics problems into world-class software, building deep partnerships with customers in the corporate partner ecosystem, and collaborating with Up Labs’ product and venture teams to deliver a cutting-edge solution.
• • You will join Up Labs as a founder-in-residence to help shape the MVP and organization during incubation, then lead the build-out of your founding team and customer pipeline post-incubation. This is a hands-on, zero-to-scale role requiring urgency, clarity, and grit to drive growth, raise capital, and steer the company toward a targeted exit in 3–4 years.
