📋 Description

• We are looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office for BJAK's AI Neobank app expansion.
• This role is for someone who can help turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm.
• The ideal candidate is a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• They should be able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• The role requires strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation.
• The candidate should be able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
• The kind of builder we want is someone who turns unclear priorities into clear actions.
• They should be able to chase, unblock and execute without being chased.
• The candidate should write updates that make decisions easier.
• They should stay calm when many things are moving at once.
• The ideal candidate cares about outcomes more than visibility.
