📋 Description

• Own the content formats that drive Knowunity’s organic growth engine, which generated 1B+ views in 2025 across 25+ countries and is the primary channel for reaching 30M+ students globally.
• Pioneer new TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats by identifying viral trends, spotting content gaps, and prototyping them yourself — including being on camera to demonstrate execution.
• Scale proven content formats across a network of creators in key markets including the US, Europe, and Latin America, ensuring consistent messaging and high engagement.
• Manage and optimize the creator program by coordinating with influencers, tracking performance metrics, and doubling down on what drives views and student acquisition.
• Analyze content performance data to understand why specific formats succeed or fail — using insights to guide next steps, not through heavy modeling but through instinctive, action-oriented interpretation.
• Operate with startup speed: ship content rapidly, iterate based on real-time feedback, and prioritize execution over perfection — no waiting for approval cycles or polished deliverables.
• Use AI tools as a force multiplier in research, scripting, editing, and trend analysis to accelerate content production and improve quality at scale.
• Work directly with founders and leadership in a flat hierarchy with no bureaucratic layers, owning entire areas of the growth engine from concept to delivery with real decision-making authority.
• Contribute to shaping the long-term strategy of the organic growth team, including program structure, creator onboarding, content calendars, and market-specific adaptations.
• Be the face of Knowunity’s creator program by appearing on camera to model best practices for other creators, building trust and authenticity with student audiences.
• Drive measurable growth in student acquisition and engagement within your assigned market — with the US being the single most critical growth frontier.
• Translate student behavior and social media trends into actionable content strategies that make education feel cool, trustworthy, and shareable among teenagers.
• Collaborate with analysts, creators, and operators who scaled Europe’s largest creator program to deliver results that directly impact global education access.
• Deliver impact at scale: every viral format you create enables millions of students — especially those without access to tutoring or academic support — to learn better.
• Work in-office 5 days per week in Berlin, fully embedded in the team of 60 high-ambition builders who move fast and raise the bar daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness and eagerness to present yourself on camera to demonstrate content creation to other creators
• Previous experience in content creation, high-growth startup environments, or similar hands-on projects
• Strong instinct for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — understanding what makes teenagers stop scrolling
• Scrappy, fast-moving mindset: prefer shipping and learning over waiting to polish
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Based in or able to relocate to Berlin for full-time in-office work (5 days/week)
