- • As a Certified Collision Specialist at Element Fleet Management Corp., you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, cost-effective, and brand-consistent repair decisions for client fleets, directly influencing physical damage spend, cost avoidance, and client satisfaction by serving as a trusted subject matter expert in collision repair practices.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing incoming repair estimates, photos, and documentation to determine optimal repair approaches; making repair vs. replacement recommendations that balance safety, brand integrity, and cost efficiency; communicating repair strategies and cost considerations to client contacts; presenting trends and anomalies impacting damage costs; addressing real-time repair inquiries; serving as the SME for all collision repair practices across Element; participating in client meetings and business reviews to advise on repair methodology; and providing repair process guidance and best practice coaching to internal teams and cross-functional partners.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in OEM repair procedures, estimating systems, and negotiation tactics while gaining exposure to cross-functional business operations, client strategy, and data-driven decision-making—positioning you for growth into senior advisory, leadership, or specialized roles within physical damage management or automotive services.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive body repair or collision estimating.
- • Ability to interpret OEM repair procedures and determine appropriate repair methodology.
- • Negotiation experience with in-network and out-of-network repair providers.
- • Ability to write, revise, and validate repair estimates and supplements.
- • Strong knowledge of vehicle anatomy and collision repair techniques.
