📋 Description
- • We're seeking an experienced CFA Coach to work with clients preparing for the CFA exam while also building toward long-term careers in investment management and finance.
- • This role includes helping clients master exam content across various topics, creating a tailored study plan and test prep strategy, and applying these concepts to real career growth in the investment industry.
- • Ideal candidates have passed the relevant CFA level(s) or hold the CFA charter, prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems.
- • Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as investment management or finance
- • Passed the relevant CFA level(s) or hold the CFA charter
- • Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
