- • Own the full partner lifecycle for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) at Vantage—from first handshake to multi-million-dollar revenue impact. You will design and execute a scalable channel strategy that turns our 25+ marquee customers (Block, FanDuel, Aflac, Rippling, Vercel, HelloFresh, PBS, PlanetScale, Starburst) into reference stories that new MSP partners can sell against.
- • Build a predictable pipeline of net-new MSP partnerships by researching the FinOps ecosystem, attending industry events, and leveraging warm introductions from our investor network (a16z, Scale VP, Cloudflare, Segment, DigitalOcean, GitHub). You will carry a clear partner-sourced revenue quota and be measured on the number of partners activated, average deal size, and time-to-first-deal.
- • Architect joint go-to-market motions with each MSP: co-branded webinars, field events, account mapping, and bespoke campaigns. You will create playbooks, battle cards, and ROI calculators that enable partner sellers to pitch Vantage confidently within their existing customer base.
- • Serve as the single point of accountability for partner success. Onboard new MSPs through a structured 30-60-90-day ramp that includes technical certification, pricing training, and pipeline reviews. Provide ongoing deal support—jump on discovery calls, draft proposals, negotiate commercials, and close complex multi-year contracts.
- • Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partner initiatives with company OKRs. Feed partner feedback into Product roadmap planning, influence packaging decisions, and surface upsell opportunities to our direct sales team. You will run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each MSP to track KPIs, refresh enablement assets, and set mutual growth targets.
- • Leverage Salesforce and partner-management platforms (PRM, Allbound, or equivalent) to maintain a real-time view of partner pipeline, deal stages, and revenue attribution. Build dashboards that surface leading indicators—MQL-to-SQL conversion, partner-influenced pipeline velocity, and renewal rates—so leadership can make data-driven investment decisions.
- • Champion a culture of kindness and urgency. Whether you are mentoring a junior channel rep or negotiating a global master service agreement, you will model transparent communication, radical candor, and customer obsession. Your success will directly influence Vantage’s next phase of growth as we scale from 50 employees to 150+ and expand internationally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Partner Sales, Channel Management, Cloud Alliances, or similar roles within the Cloud or FinOps industry
- • Demonstrated history of exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets and building scalable channel programs
- • Deep familiarity with cloud cost management, FinOps, or infrastructure SaaS solutions
- • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce and partner/PRM platforms
- • Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- • Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving startup environment
