Channel Marketing Specialist (Member Engagement)

📋 Description

• • As a Channel Marketing Specialist (Member Engagement) at 9am.ai Inc., you will own and scale member engagement across email and lifecycle marketing, playing a key role in driving enrollment, activation, and retention through data-driven campaigns that support the company’s mission of delivering personalized cardiometabolic care.
• • Day to day, you will build, launch, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot and/or Customer.io, develop automated lifecycle journeys for acquisition, onboarding, and retention, execute one-off and always-on nurture flows, create advanced audience segmentation strategies, track and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, engagement), run A/B tests, collaborate with Design, Communications, Product, and Marketing teams to align on messaging and calendars, and propose new campaign ideas including evergreen and seasonal initiatives.
