- • The Chart Retrieval Specialist role at Datavant is a part-time, hybrid position focused on retrieving medical records from provider offices to support healthcare data collaboration and improve patient care access.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting provider offices to scan or upload medical charts using EMR systems, managing schedules through Datavant platforms, communicating progress to remote teams, troubleshooting technical issues, logging work hours and mileage, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- • Datavant is a trusted data collaboration platform in healthcare, dedicated to making health data secure, accessible, and actionable for providers, health plans, researchers, and life sciences companies, with a mission-driven, collaborative team culture.
- • In this role, you will develop field operations and healthcare administration skills, gain experience with EMR systems and data workflows, earn performance-based incentives, and have opportunities for cross-training and increased hours during peak periods.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • Valid driver’s license, reliable insured personal vehicle, and ability to drive up to 100 miles daily
- • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least three consecutive days per week
- • Basic computer skills including scanning, saving, renaming files, creating folders, and uploading to secure servers
- • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
- • Capability to lift and maneuver equipment (up to 45 lb hard case or 25 lb soft case)
