• • Your primary responsibility will be to interact with guests checking into our resorts, partnering closely with resort staff to receive arrival sheets. You will be the first point of contact, extending a warm greeting and presenting compelling incentives to encourage prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour. This involves skillfully screening and qualifying potential customers based on established company guidelines, ensuring we connect with individuals who will most appreciate our offerings.
• • A key aspect of your role will be making sales-tour reservations and collecting any required deposits, meticulously managing the initial steps of the customer journey. You will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to these direct customer interactions, focusing on generating interest and securing appointments for our sales representatives. This requires a proactive and engaging approach, ensuring every interaction is professional and persuasive.

Approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to attending all scheduled training sessions, participating in department meetings, and staying current with marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
