📋 Description

• This role involves creating high-quality, deterministic chemistry problems for training and evaluating frontier AI model evaluation, and directly used by leading AI labs.
• Design difficult chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflows, creating deterministic tasks with one correct answerable by leading AI research organizations, directly contributing to the advancement of AI systems in scientific reasoning.
• The person will design advanced, reproducible chemistry problems with exactly one verifiable solution, using Python and domain-specific tools to ensure technical precision and clarity in English explanations.
• Anyone AI Inc. builds STEM training data for AI models, working with top AI labs to improve model capabilities through expert-crafted, reasoning-intensive tasks in chemistry and related fields.
• The expert will deepen their skills in AI data creation, computational chemistry workflows, and technical problem design while contributing to cutting-edge AI evaluation benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
