📋 Description

• The Chemistry Expert role at Anyone AI Inc. involves creating high-quality, deterministic STEM training data for frontier AI models, directly supporting AI labs in training and evaluation workflows by designing advanced chemistry problems that challenge modern AI systems with deep reasoning and computational rigor.
• Day to day, the expert will design difficult chemistry problems reflecting real scientific workflows, create deterministic tasks with one verifiable correct answer and full solutions, develop reasoning-intensive and computationally grounded problems, use Python and domain-specific chemistry tools, ensure reproducibility and technical precision, and write clear, rigorous technical explanations in English.
• Anyone AI Inc. specializes in producing expert-generated training data for AI models, working with leading AI labs to improve model performance through high-fidelity, domain-specific problem sets; the team values scientific rigor, reproducibility, and innovation in STEM content creation.
• In this role, the expert will deepen their expertise in applying chemistry knowledge to AI training data creation, enhance skills in computational problem design and technical writing, gain experience in evaluating AI reasoning capabilities, and contribute to cutting-edge AI development through scientifically rigorous content.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
