📋 Description

• Chemistry Expert role focused on creating high-quality STEM training data for frontier AI models, directly supporting training and evaluation workflows at leading AI labs.
• Design advanced, deterministic chemistry problems with exactly one verifiable correct answer that challenge modern AI systems through deep reasoning, domain knowledge, and computational rigor.
• Work remotely on a contract/part-time basis (10-20 hours/week) for Anyone AI Inc., contributing to projects that may include computational chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, and chemical engineering-adjacent workflows.
• Opportunity to apply advanced chemistry expertise in AI training data creation, develop technical problem-solving skills for AI evaluation, and gain experience in specialized scientific content development for frontier AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
