📋 Description

• This role involves creating high-quality, deterministic chemistry problems for training and evaluating frontier AI models, directly contributing to the advancement of AI systems in scientific reasoning.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing advanced chemistry problems with one verifiable correct answer, developing computationally grounded tasks, using Python and chemistry-specific tools, and writing clear, rigorous technical explanations in English.
• The team at Anyone AI Inc. focuses on producing expert-level STEM training data for leading AI labs, working remotely to push the boundaries of AI capabilities in science.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applying chemistry knowledge to AI evaluation, improve your technical problem-design skills, and gain experience in creating content that challenges state-of-the-art AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
