• Chemistry Expert (Remote - Italy) role at Anyone AI Inc. involves creating high-quality STEM training data for frontier AI models, directly supporting AI labs in training and evaluation workflows.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing advanced, deterministic chemistry problems with exactly one verifiable correct answer, developing reasoning-intensive and computationally grounded tasks, using Python and domain-specific chemistry tools, ensuring reproducibility and technical precision, and writing clear, rigorous technical explanations in English.
• The team at Anyone AI Inc. focuses on producing expert-level training data that pushes the boundaries of AI reasoning in scientific domains, working remotely with a contract/part-time commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applying chemistry knowledge to AI data creation, strengthen your technical problem-design skills, gain experience in AI evaluation workflows, and contribute to cutting-edge AI model development through rigorous, verifiable scientific content.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
