📋 Description

• A remote, part-time contract role for a Chemistry Expert to design advanced, deterministic STEM training problems for frontier AI models, directly contributing to the training and evaluation of cutting-edge AI systems at leading AI labs.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing challenging chemistry problems with one verifiable correct answer, creating full verified solutions, developing reasoning-intensive and computationally grounded tasks, using Python and domain-specific chemistry tools, ensuring reproducibility and technical precision, and writing clear, rigorous technical explanations in English.
• The role is with Anyone AI Inc., a company focused on producing high-quality STEM training data for AI models used in research and development by top AI laboratories, operating remotely with a flexible schedule of 10–20 hours per week.
• The expert will deepen their expertise in AI data creation, apply advanced chemistry knowledge to real-world AI training challenges, refine technical communication and problem-design skills, and potentially extend their engagement beyond the initial 2-month project based on performance and needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
