📋 Description

• This role involves creating high-quality, deterministic chemistry problems for training and evaluating frontier AI models, directly contributing to the advancement of AI systems in scientific reasoning.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing advanced chemistry problems with one verifiable correct answer, developing computationally grounded tasks using Python and domain-specific tools, writing rigorous technical explanations, and ensuring reproducibility and precision in all deliverables.
• The team at Anyone AI Inc. focuses on producing elite STEM training data for leading AI labs, operating at the intersection of scientific expertise and AI innovation in a remote, contract-based environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI data creation, refine your ability to translate complex chemical reasoning into evaluable tasks, and contribute to cutting-edge AI evaluation frameworks while working flexibly on high-impact projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
