📋 Description

• A remote, part-time contract role for a Chemistry Expert to design advanced, deterministic problems that challenge AI systems with deep scientific reasoning and computational rigor, directly contributing to high-quality STEM training data used by leading AI labs.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing complex chemistry problems with one verifiable correct answer, developing reasoning-intensive and computationally grounded tasks, using Python and domain-specific chemistry tools, ensuring reproducibility and technical precision, and writing clear, rigorous technical explanations in English.
• The role is with Anyone AI Inc., a company focused on creating premium STEM training data for frontier AI models, supporting evaluation and training workflows at top AI laboratories through expert-generated content.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applying chemistry knowledge to AI evaluation, strengthen your ability to design technically rigorous and novel problems, gain experience in creating verifiable scientific content for AI systems, and contribute to cutting-edge AI development through precise, domain-specific problem design.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with scientific libraries
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning
• Ability to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recall
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing
