- • As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Binance Holdings Limited in Brazil, you will lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and serve as the primary executive accountable for protecting digital assets, infrastructure, and user data across one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency ecosystems.
- • You will define and execute the company’s information security roadmap, oversee security operations, manage enterprise risk, and ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements, acting as the central authority on all security-related decisions.
- • You will partner with executive leadership, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to embed security into product development, infrastructure, and operational processes while fostering a culture of security awareness and resilience.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the security posture of a global fintech leader, drive innovation in blockchain security practices, and establish Binance as a benchmark for trust and transparency in the digital asset industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a CISO or senior security leader in a large-scale, technology-driven organization, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
- • Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity domains including network security, cloud security, identity and access management, incident response, and threat intelligence.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks (e.g., LGPD, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and building high-performing, multicultural security teams.
