• • The Chief of Staff is a strategic force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed across the organization and acting as a trusted proxy in high-stakes settings.
• • Day to day, the role involves translating board and CEO priorities into operating plans, leading quarterly/annual planning, facilitating leadership team meetings, owning cross-functional strategic initiatives, building board decks and investor communications, shaping internal narratives, serving as the CEO’s fixer for special projects, synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations, and monitoring organizational health and culture.
