- • Architect and optimize the schedules of both CEOs to prioritize high-impact work and streamline inbox triage for maximum efficiency
- • Map and own all projects and touchpoints across the founders’ workflows, identifying unowned tasks and determining which to execute directly versus delegate
- • Lead the executive project board, holding the leadership team accountable for delivery through influence, not formal authority
- • Drive fundraising operations by managing investor pipelines, building and maintaining data rooms, and coordinating all scheduling related to the raise
- • Own at least one high-priority strategic project per cycle, removing it entirely from the founders’ plates and seeing it through to completion
- • Manage foundational operational tasks including organizing all-hands meetings, supporting personal brand initiatives, and overseeing office logistics
- • Build and automate repetitive processes using AI tools to multiply personal and executive productivity
- • Act as the founders’ proxy in meetings and communications, triaging incoming requests, making day-to-day decisions within agreed boundaries, and representing their interests
- • Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality around sensitive topics including fundraising, board communications, and internal strategic decisions
- • Adapt communication and operational style to effectively support two distinct founders with different working preferences
- • Leverage AI and automation to enhance decision-making, reduce manual work, and scale operational impact across the leadership team
- • Identify gaps in processes or ownership before they become issues and proactively propose solutions without waiting for direction
- • Ensure seamless coordination between leadership, investors, and internal teams through consistent follow-through and clear communication
- • Support the company’s culture by contributing to office management, team events, and operational infrastructure that enables high-performance
- • Maintain a high standard of execution under ambiguity, delivering quality outcomes with minimal guidance and evolving priorities
- • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shifting fluidly between long-term planning and urgent operational needs
- • Champion a proactive, ownership-driven mindset across the organization by modeling initiative, accountability, and decisive action
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, senior Executive Assistant, or strategic operations lead in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize under ambiguity, and operate with minimal direction
- • Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority and holding leaders accountable for delivery
- • Experience supporting fundraising efforts, including managing investor data rooms, pipelines, and scheduling
- • High proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools to increase personal and organizational efficiency
- • Exceptional discretion and comfort handling confidential, high-stakes information related to fundraising, board matters, and executive decisions
