- • The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the President & Chief Commercial Officer is a senior strategic operator and trusted advisor responsible for maximizing the impact, focus, and execution of Socure’s Commercial organization.
- • The role involves acting as the CCO’s primary strategic advisor, shaping commercial strategy, overseeing performance tracking, driving cross-functional alignment, and leading executive-level problem solving and operating model design.
- • Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts, operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a mission to redefine trust in digital identity.
- • The CoS will partner with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and Executive Office to ensure enterprise alignment, drive AI-driven innovation in commercial workflows, and support change management during periods of growth and transformation, gaining exposure to enterprise strategy and executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in senior operations, consulting, revenue strategy, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- • Demonstrated success supporting C-level executives in scaling commercial organizations.
- • Strong commercial fluency (pipeline management, sales productivity, GTM strategy, revenue forecasting).
- • Proven experience driving cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- • Exceptional structured problem-solving and executive communication skills.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
