📋 Description

• • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, serving as a force multiplier by owning the hardest cross-functional problems and driving high-stakes decisions to ensure leadership operates with clarity and speed during a pivotal shift in software development.
• • Proactively resolve complex issues before they reach the CEO, coordinate the CEO’s network to accelerate go-to-market efforts—including in international markets like MENA—and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM on decisions that span multiple functions.
• • Develop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance; use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale impact through analysis synthesis, scenario modeling, and operational monitoring; support the CEO’s most important cross-functional initiatives such as competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and strategic planning.
• • Join Replit, the agentic software creation platform enabling anyone to build applications using natural language, as it democratizes software development globally with millions of users; work in a high-leverage individual contributor role focused on scaling impact through AI and judgment, not headcount, in a hybrid setup requiring in-office presence Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Foster City, CA.
