- • The Associate Customer Program Manager - Process, Systems & Automation role at Fictiv Inc. is critical to scaling the operating system that powers Customer Program Management across workflows, tools, and decision-making frameworks, enabling faster and more reliable hardware innovation for clients in aerospace, robotics, automotive, and climate tech.
- • Day to day, the role involves improving and scaling workflows across CRM, ERP, quoting, and order management systems; designing and standardizing workflows, playbooks, and decision frameworks; identifying automation opportunities in manual processes; analyzing operational trends to reduce delays and quality issues; developing SOPs and training materials; and collaborating with CPM, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product teams to drive adoption of improved systems and processes.
- • Fictiv is a global manufacturing and supply chain company with operations in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S., delivering over 30 million parts to help innovators scale from prototype to full-scale production. - • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in systems thinking, process design, automation, and cross-functional influence, gaining experience in scaling operations in a fast-paced, global environment while contributing to measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- • 5 to 8 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, product operations, or systems-driven roles
- • Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable workflows
- • Experience building or improving tools, dashboards, automation, or structured processes
- • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable solutions
- • Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams
