- • As a Team Lead for Data Operations at Veeva Systems, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers responsible for executing large-scale data generation pipelines that support life sciences research and patient outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and improving business processes, driving technology enhancements, removing barriers for team members, and ensuring operational efficiency and defect reduction while delivering key performance metrics.
- • You will serve as a first-line manager and servant leader, fostering team engagement and communicating effectively with leadership, analysts, engineers, and researchers to align on goals and execution.
