- • Oversee the melee quality control process to ensure all jewelry products meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
- • Create accurate order forms based on melee stock inventory to support internal operations and supply chain accuracy.
- • Assist in conducting internal and external quality audits to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- • Collaborate with suppliers to reduce quality control rejections by providing clear feedback and monitoring stock levels for timely replenishment.
- • Manage logistics and inventory related to shipments from the NL hub, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- • Maintain precise documentation and records for all quality control activities and supplier communications.
- • Work closely with operations teams and internal departments to implement and sustain effective quality control procedures.
- • Perform detailed visual inspections of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry components to detect defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.
- • Apply high standards of precision and thoroughness in every task, ensuring zero tolerance for errors in quality assessment.
- • Communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions clearly through written reports and verbal updates to relevant stakeholders.
- • Learn and adapt quickly to evolving quality protocols and company standards in a fast-paced, growing B2B jewelry marketplace.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in training sessions and feedback loops with experienced gemmologists and team leads.
- • Support end-to-end product quality assurance from inventory receipt to shipment dispatch at the Oude Meer facility.
- • Ensure all quality control activities align with company objectives of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- • Maintain a professional, organized, and diligent work ethic in a fully on-site, structured 10-hour daily schedule (10am–6pm, Mon–Fri).

- • Interest in luxury goods (diamonds, gemstones, jewellery)
- • Ability to work full-time on-site in Oude Meer, North Holland
