  • • You will become the invisible engine behind Paradox’s CEO, David Laroche, freeing him from every task, decision, and fire-drill that does not absolutely require his unique genius. Your north star is simple: build systems that run without him while making his life friction-free.
  • • Personal Operations Mastery – own the founder’s operating system end-to-end: triage a high-volume inbox, architect a zero-conflict calendar, chase every follow-up to done, and shield him from low-leverage requests. Handle personal admin across banking, visas, real-estate, and global travel logistics so nothing ever falls through the cracks. Curate and continuously refine a living knowledge base of passwords, SOPs, and key relationships so the CEO can step away without the world stopping.
  • • Negotiation & Supplier Excellence – become the company’s chief deal-maker for everything from SaaS contracts to podcast studio leases. Benchmark pricing, craft BATNAs, and negotiate terms that save six-figure sums and months of runway. Present the CEO with pre-digested options, clear trade-offs, and signature-ready contracts so he only needs to say “yes.”
  • • Complex Project Ownership – quarterback multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning legal, finance, product, and content. Translate fuzzy ideas into Gantt charts, RACI matrices, and weekly scorecards. Detect weak assumptions, call out evasive answers, and drive projects to shipped, measured, and iterated outcomes. Run post-mortems that convert lessons into playbooks the whole team adopts.
  • • Execution & Scaling Systems – install an OKR rhythm that turns strategy into weekly sprints. Automate recurring workflows with Notion, Make, and emerging AI tools; eliminate human touch-points wherever possible. Convert David’s philosophy guides into rituals, checklists, and dashboards that scale culture without scaling headcount.
  • • Talent Density & Service Provider Curation – source, screen, and close A-players across engineering, design, coaching, and film. Run rigorous reference calls and case studies to ensure every new hire raises the bar. Build a vetted bench of elite lawyers, accountants, and creatives who can be activated in hours, not weeks.
  • • Finance & Admin Discipline – maintain real-time visibility into cash, burn, and multi-country compliance (France, Portugal, Spain, UAE). Run monthly cost audits, sunset zombie tools, and surface spend anomalies before they become problems. Ensure every dirham and euro is traceable, forecastable, and defensible.
  • • Ambient Availability – operate with high autonomy yet remain reachable when the CEO pings at 10 p.m. because a keynote slot just opened in Riyadh. Travel to Dubai or Paris 2–3 times per year for high-bandwidth, in-person alignment sessions that compress a month of Zoom into two days.
  • • Cultural Stewardship – embody Paradox’s ethos of “Growth over Ego.” Seek brutal feedback, give it just as freely, and model the relentless pursuit of greatness that our 2-million-follower community expects. Celebrate client transformations publicly while keeping internal chaos invisible.
