- • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes with urgency and precision.
- • Identify organizational bottlenecks and design scalable systems, frameworks, and operating rhythms to improve company performance.

- • Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- • Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment with comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving contexts.
- • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills with systems thinking capabilities.
- • Extreme ownership mindset: self-starting, proactive, and driven to deliver outcomes without needing direction.
- • Exceptional communication skills: ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives and actionable plans.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Front-row seat to building an iconic high-growth company with direct access to the CEO and leadership team.
- • Significant ownership and influence over company strategy, operations, and scaling from day one.
