📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end Product Management organization for the world’s largest Bitcoin ATM network, translating market insights into a multi-year roadmap that spans 7,000+ BTM locations, BDCheckout retail integrations, and next-gen FinTech offerings. You will set the vision, OKRs, and release cadence while championing a customer-centric culture that balances rapid innovation with regulatory rigor.
• • Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships with tier-1 banks, card networks, payment processors, and Fortune 500 retail chains. Your deals will unlock new customer acquisition channels, expand geographic reach, and create defensible revenue streams that scale beyond the current 43-state footprint.
• • Lead and continuously optimize core operational functions—Customer Service, Logistics, Field Operations, and Marketing—ensuring each team operates with public-company discipline, world-class SLAs, and cost efficiency. You will own the KPI dashboard that tracks uptime, transaction throughput, customer NPS, and cost per install, driving weekly reviews and quarterly OKR resets.
• • Own the P&L for all product and operational initiatives, from ATM hardware refresh cycles to SaaS subscription models. You will build detailed financial models, scenario-plan for crypto market volatility, and present monthly variance analyses to the Board’s Audit Committee, ensuring every initiative contributes positive EBITDA and supports NASDAQ-listed growth expectations.
• • Translate the company’s five-year vision into 90-day execution sprints. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the President, CEO, CFO, and CTO, you will cascade strategic priorities into cross-functional work-streams, remove roadblocks, and institutionalize a culture of data-driven decision making and transparent accountability.
• • Champion regulatory excellence across federal, state, and international jurisdictions. You will partner with Compliance and Legal to embed AML/KYC best practices, oversee SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, and ensure every product release meets evolving MSB and FinCEN requirements.
• • Build and mentor a world-class leadership bench. From Product Directors to Regional Operations VPs, you will implement succession planning, leadership development programs, and performance management systems that attract top-tier talent and reduce regrettable attrition to <5% annually.
• • Spearhead continuous process improvement using Lean Six Sigma and agile methodologies. You will lead Kaizen events that cut ATM cash-restocking costs, reduce customer support ticket resolution times, and accelerate new retail onboarding from 60 days to 30 days.
• • Serve as the external face of Bitcoin Depot at industry conferences, investor roadshows, and regulatory hearings. Your thought-leadership will reinforce our position as the safest, fastest, and most compliant way to buy and sell Bitcoin.
• • Institutionalize a risk-aware culture that balances aggressive growth with prudent controls. You will chair the monthly Risk Committee, oversee enterprise-wide business continuity plans, and ensure 99.9% fleet uptime—even during crypto market surges or supply-chain disruptions.
