- • In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will lead a distributed team of approximately 20 talented individuals across key departments including revenue, product, engineering, IT operations, finance, and HR. You will have four direct reports, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment. Your primary mandate is clear: to drive sustainable growth, significantly improve operational efficiency, and take full ownership of measurable business results. As your performance and impact grow, this role offers a clear and exciting path towards Chief Operating Officer (COO) and eventual CEO succession.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass owning and driving all business growth initiatives, with a sharp focus on both revenue enhancement and EBITDA improvement. You will be entrusted with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility within the first 3 to 6 months, demonstrating your capacity to manage and optimize financial performance. A significant aspect of your role will be to lead, mentor, and develop our distributed, cross-functional team, empowering them to achieve their full potential within a remote-first culture.
- • You will be instrumental in improving core SaaS metrics that are vital to our success, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and churn rates. Building and refining our operational systems, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing insightful dashboards, and fostering a culture of accountability will be critical to your success. Furthermore, you will actively support and shape the company's B2B product direction, bringing a valuable 0-to-1 mindset to new initiatives and product development.
- • This role demands a leader who understands the nuances of growing a small SaaS company (under 50 people) and has a proven track record in B2B SaaS leadership roles for at least four years. Hands-on experience with P&L ownership and a deep understanding of profitability are essential. You must possess a strong grasp of SaaS economics and subscription funnels, coupled with a background in technical, product, engineering, or operations environments. Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams in a remote-first setting is highly valued, as is a data-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in English is required.
