📋 Description

• • As Chief Operating Officer at Cloudscaler Inc., you will serve as the operational heartbeat of a fast-growing technology company, responsible for building the systems, structures, and rigor needed to scale from 100 to 500+ employees while preserving the company’s culture and accelerating business momentum.
• • You will design and own the end-to-end operating model across finance, HR, compliance, technology, and office management; lead the talent engine to sustain 15+ hires per month; establish real-time financial visibility and forecasting accuracy; implement governance frameworks including ISO accreditation and regulatory compliance; and build and develop the operational leadership team to execute at pace.
