- • As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Siftwell Analytics, you will lead the company’s next phase of growth by building and scaling a high-performing enterprise go-to-market engine as the company approaches Series A, reporting directly to the CEO and owning how Siftwell competes, wins, and grows in the complex healthcare market.
- • You will operate as a player–coach, personally leading and closing high-impact enterprise deals while building structure, rigor, and team capacity to scale the sales function, improve forecast accuracy, and drive predictable revenue growth.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven company that combines healthcare operator expertise with artificial intelligence to empower managed care health plans with better insights for earlier and more precise interventions, serving vulnerable populations across Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare markets.
- • You will partner with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy, refine value propositions, build ideal customer profiles, and drive expansion within payer organizations, while establishing scalable systems including playbooks, pricing, metrics, and tooling to support growth through Series A and beyond.
