📋 Description

• As Chief Technology Officer at Cable One, Inc., you will set the technology direction for the company, strengthen operational execution, and accelerate innovation to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across our footprint, with end-to-end accountability for network architecture, engineering, reliability, construction, cybersecurity and IT.
• Day to day, you will establish and lead a clear technology strategy aligned with business priorities, lead the design and evolution of network infrastructure, oversee IT and cybersecurity functions, manage strategic vendor partnerships, and build high-performing teams across engineering, network operations, IT, and cybersecurity while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in network, engineering, or technology roles within telecommunications or broadband
• Proven leadership experience at scale, ideally within a consumer-facing connectivity business
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
