📋 Description

• As an Executive Partner in Gartner’s Executive Programs (ExP) Finland, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT leaders, managing a portfolio of 28+ member relationships and driving strategic value through tailored service solutions aligned with their Mission Critical Priorities.
• Day to day, you will leverage deep technology and industry expertise to design and deliver customized service plans, conduct on-site and virtual briefings (including workshops, roundtables, and webinars), facilitate at ExP events, and collaborate closely with Gartner’s Sales team to ensure member engagement, satisfaction, and renewal.
• You will join a global, mission-driven organization of 20,000 associates supporting over 13,000 enterprises across 90 countries, where Gartner Executive Programs serves as an exclusive, membership-based community for over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders worldwide, providing objective insights and shared knowledge to tackle digital leadership challenges.
• In this role, you will develop advanced advisory and partnership skills, deepen your expertise in AI, digital transformation, and IT operations strategy, and grow your impact by shaping how technology leaders navigate complex change—positioning yourself at the forefront of the AI revolution while building a lasting, meaningful career.

🎯 Requirements

• CxO-level experience with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in areas such as AI, Agentic AI, Digital Transformation, Operating Model, and Cloud
• Proven experience leading or co-leading large-scale, end-to-end transformative initiatives
• Demonstrable sales or business development experience engaging CXO-level executives
• In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including CIO priorities, leadership, IT operations management, strategy, trends, and use of metrics
• Ability to assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop customized service plans using ExP products
• Willingness to conduct a mix of on-site and virtual client engagements, including workshops, roundtables, and webinars
