- • As a Senior Claim Adjuster specializing in Accident Benefits at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting individuals navigating the aftermath of accidents by ensuring fair, timely, and compassionate resolution of claims. - • Day to day, you will investigate, evaluate, and settle complex accident benefits claims in accordance with provincial legislation and company guidelines; communicate with claimants, healthcare providers, legal representatives, and internal teams; assess medical and vocational documentation; determine eligibility for benefits such as income replacement, medical expenses, and attendant care; negotiate settlements; maintain accurate case records; and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and service level agreements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Claim Adjuster with specific expertise in accident benefits claims
- • In-depth knowledge of provincial accident benefits legislation (e.g., Ontario’s SABS, Alberta’s Diagnostic and Treatment Protocols)
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret medical reports, assess functional abilities, and determine benefit entitlements
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with claimants, healthcare providers, and legal representatives
- • Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- • Ability to manage a high volume of complex cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level agreements
