Claims Adjuster

📋 Description

• • Maintain proper file documentation, file notes, and investigation documentation on each assigned claim.
• • Interact with veterinary clinics to ensure timely claim resolution
• • Meet or exceed all standards for timeliness, accuracy, and claims volume
• • Hold or be willing to obtain an Independent Adjuster License
• • Ensure compliance and support regulatory communications and reporting as needed
• • Work successfully with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support the needs of those teams
• • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years working in Veterinary Medicine as a Veterinary Nurse
• • Claims experience/licensing is strongly preferred
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology
• • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• • Strong organizational skills
• • Excellent written and verbal communication
