  • • The Claims Associate Liability role at Sedgwick involves analyzing lower-level general liability claims to determine benefits due and ensuring claims are adjudicated according to company standards and industry best practices.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling lower-level liability and physical damage claims under close supervision, supporting other claims representatives with complex claims, processing claims for compensability and benefits, monitoring reserve accuracy, communicating claim actions with claimants and clients, maintaining proper documentation and coding, and processing routine payments and status reports for medical claims.
