- • Claims Examiner - Workers Comp (Remote) I Northeast Jurisdictions: Analyze and adjudicate workers compensation claims for clients across Northeast jurisdictions, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions aligned with service expectations and industry best practices.
- • Day to day: Investigate claims, gather information, develop action plans, negotiate settlements within authority, communicate claim status to claimants and clients, and report to excess carriers while maintaining compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Professional certification in workers compensation or related line of business preferred
- • Demonstrated knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, DC, DE, WV, VA
- • Ability to investigate claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients
- • Strong conceptual thinking, judgment, discretion, and deadline management skills
