- • Day to day, you will analyze and process claims through structured action plans, investigate and gather information to determine claim exposure, negotiate settlements within designated authority, communicate claim activity with claimants and clients, and report claims to excess carriers while responding to directional requests professionally and timely.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Professional certification in workers compensation or related line of business preferred
- • Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation jurisdiction requirements for NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, DC, DE, WV, VA
- • Ability to analyze claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients
- • Strong judgment, discretion, conceptual thinking, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment
