- • Claims Examiner Workers Compensation I role focused on adjudicating complex workers compensation claims in NE jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while upholding Sedgwick’s caring culture and core values of empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing claims through investigative action plans, negotiating settlements within authority, communicating claim status to claimants and clients, and reporting to excess carriers in a professional and timely manner.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Professional certification in workers compensation or related line of business preferred
- • Licensing and jurisdiction knowledge required for NJ, PA, VT, NH, MA, CT, DE, RI, ME
