- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing workers compensation claims through action plans to timely resolution, negotiating settlements within designated authority, communicating claim activity with claimants and clients, and reporting claims to excess carriers while responding to requests professionally and timely.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- • Nevada License required for jurisdiction-specific claims handling.
