- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing claims through structured action plans, negotiating settlements within authority, communicating claim status to claimants and clients, and reporting to excess carriers while responding to directional requests professionally and timely.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Active New York Workers Compensation License required
