- • The Claims Representative (IAP) - Workers Compensation Training Program is an entry-level role designed to launch a career in claims adjusting through a structured 4-week training program followed by on-the-job mentorship, offering stability and growth in a meaningful industry that supports individuals facing unexpected challenges.
- • Day to day, the role involves attending and completing training, processing claim-related documents via mail, email, and phone, communicating with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys, investigating claims by gathering medical records and witness statements, determining coverage and benefits under jurisdictional guidelines, documenting and coding claim activity, administering indemnity and medical benefits, and participating in virtual or in-person meetings for training and claim reviews.
