- • The Claims Representative II handles low to mid-range bodily injury and property damage claims under Ryder’s self-insured, self-administered liability program, playing a critical role in managing financial exposure and ensuring fair, timely resolution of claims.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and adjusting claims, directing independent adjusters and vendors, managing litigation, interacting with legal counsel and operations teams, setting reserves, and monitoring changes in laws that impact Ryder’s liability program.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in commercial auto liability claims, strengthen negotiation and analytical skills, gain exposure to legal and insurance processes, and position yourself for advancement into senior claims or risk management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in casualty claims, preferably with Auto Liability or Commercial Auto claims
- • Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve low-to-mid range liability exposures with strong claim technical skills
- • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to customer focus
