You will meticulously investigate single or multiple vehicle automobile accidents, thoroughly assessing coverage, liability, and damages. A significant part of your day will involve direct customer interaction through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages, where you will act as a compassionate and clear partner, leading with empathy. You will interpret policies to determine coverage and conduct detailed reviews of damage reports. A key function will be engaging in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved, utilizing specific handling approaches to meet customer preferences and provide efficient updates on claim progress. You will also be responsible for evaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants, adhering strictly to legal and business standard methodologies, and employing effective tactics for challenging and complex situations. Furthermore, you will utilize multiple tools and platforms, including estimate tools and job aids, to manage claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment, applying sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. Protecting the company financially will be paramount as you execute policies in accordance with agreements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all work within the claims system, for which you will receive comprehensive training.
