📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Kraken Technologies Limited, you will help drive the vision and execution of the Kraken Utilities platform, a cutting-edge technology solution transforming energy, water, and broadband sectors through AI-driven innovation and sustainable infrastructure.
• You will define product strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to deliver scalable software solutions that address complex industry challenges such as customer experience optimization and water leak detection.
• You will work within the rapidly growing Kraken Utilities team, which has expanded from scratch to over 120 global professionals and secured key clients including Severn Trent, Leep, Portsmouth Water, Essential Energy, TalkTalk, and Cuckoo.
• You will contribute to the mission of scaling the Kraken platform to serve 100 million customer accounts by 2027, leveraging technology to create a smarter, more sustainable future across utility industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within technology, energy, water, or broadband sectors.
• Strong ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product roadmaps and feature specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and customer success to deliver software products.
• Familiarity with Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences.
