- • Perform daily QA testing of CRM and marketing campaigns across all devices and platforms, ensuring flawless execution and user experience.
- • Validate campaign flows, automations, triggers, and customer journeys for accuracy and consistency throughout the World Cup campaign cycle.
- • Test emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, and CRM communications for functionality, formatting, and content accuracy.
- • Conduct ongoing quality checks during the high-volume World Cup campaign period to identify bugs, broken links, rendering inconsistencies, and flow errors.
- • Verify that all campaigns render correctly across desktop, mobile, tablet, and multiple browsers and devices.
- • Ensure all campaigns meet brand guidelines, functional requirements, and user experience standards.
- • Document testing findings with clear, detailed notes outlining required revisions, edits, and fixes for engineering and marketing teams.
- • Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and production teams to communicate issues, confirm resolutions, and align on testing priorities.
- • Retest corrected campaigns to validate fixes and confirm final approvals before launch.
- • Maintain organized, up-to-date QA tracking and testing documentation for all campaigns and test cycles.
- • Work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign environment with strict deadlines and high attention to detail.
- • Focus exclusively on quality assurance and validation — no campaign build or development responsibilities.
- • Support testing across multiple platforms and channels including email, SMS, push, and web-based CRM communications.
- • Identify and report inconsistencies in dynamic content, personalization logic, and trigger-based messaging.
- • Ensure compliance with brand standards in visual design, copy, and user flow across all tested assets.
- • Adapt testing approach to accommodate rapid campaign changes during peak World Cup activity.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

- • Previous experience in QA/testing for CRM, email marketing, or digital campaigns
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly
